INCORRECT SHIPPING INFORMATION

If an incorrect address is provided and an order is returned to us, additional shipping charges may apply before the order can be reshipped.

LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES

Once a package has been marked as delivered by the carrier, Farm Freshener is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.

DAMAGED ORDERS
