RETURN POLICY

At Farm Freshener, every jar is handcrafted with care and inspired by meaningful memories. We want you to love your purchase.

Returns

If you are not completely satisfied with your order, you may request a return within 30 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return:
• The item must be unused and in its original condition.
• The item must be returned in its original packaging.
• Proof of purchase is required.

Non-Returnable Items

For health and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on products that have been used, altered, or damaged after delivery.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. Include your order number and photos of the item and packaging so we can make it right as quickly as possible.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you regarding the approval of your refund. Approved refunds will be issued to your original method of payment.

Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or an error was made on our part.
